All packages include all things that are listed in the quote and are quoted using a standard room. Our packages feature mainly transport, accommodation and, specified meals and selected activities. Some packages may vary according to client’s specification. Only meals indicated will be provided otherwise it will be own cost. Activities / items indicated as option will be own expense. Visas, travel insurance are included upon request. Note that you are responsible for your visa in countries you are visiting. Bring your own personal money on trips to cater for optional meals, activities, shopping as well as emergencies.
Travelling solo or alone is always pricy as cost are not shared and are borne by one person (airport transfers, hotel room and shuttle). This type of travel is common in people who don’t like back and forth group decisions and enjoy travelling alone and faster.
Travelling in a group is always cheaper as it makes a package affordable; shared transport, hotel group discounts. A group refers to 10 + people. With this option you can save more and enjoy shopping with saving. Group travel mostly use road transport and only a few use flights.
Travelling with a child: When travelling with children using bus transport , full bus fare is payable on every child that occupies the seat ( note that buses for touring and national route service are different). For flights it depends on ages of kids and a certain percentage will be payable at the discretion of the airline and prices are system generated. In hotels Kids under 12 years share a room with 2 paying adults and rooms may vary from standard – family rooms depending on occupancy and may come with additional cost. Children above 12 years get a separate room and normally we advise inter-leading room if available or rooms next to each other. Always check for public laws in countries you are visiting so you carry necessary documentation

Room Only (Ro) : means that no meals will be included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/holiday package.

A continental breakfast is a light morning meal that is provided by many hotels and motels. It traditionally includes bread products, fruit juice and hot beverages.
Half board : The daily provision of a hotel of a bed & breakfast and one main meal ( lunch or dinner). i.e – 2 meals per daymeans that your breakfast and evening meal is included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/holiday package. In some cases you can choose to receive lunch instead of breakfast – the hotel will confirm this upon arrival.

Travel insurance is highly recommended as it is an insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while travelling either internationally or within one’s own country.Travel insurance can usually be arranged at the time of the booking of a trip to cover exactly the duration of that trip, or a “multi-trip” policy can cover an unlimited number of trips within a set time frame.
The most common risks that are covered by travel insurance plans are:
Medical expense coverage can be per-occurrence or maximum-limit.
Some travel policies will also provide cover for additional costs, although these vary widely between providers.
In addition, often separate insurance can be purchased for specific costs such as:
Travel insurance can also provide helpful services, often 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can include concierge services and emergency travel assistance. Pre-existing medical conditions must be declared prior to the trip start date. In case you ignore this requirement and fall ill during your trip abroad, you may find that you are not covered. The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) entitles to treatment in state-run hospitals in EU countries and Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland but it is not a substitute for travel insurance.
